Consilium is latin for plan, purpose, counsel, advice, judgement, wisdom (1). It is also a legal word meaning “A time allowed for the accused to make his defence, and now more commonly used for a day appointed to argue a demurrer.” (2)

This blog is an exploration by a mid-career transportation engineering into his interest in, and the utility of, pursuing a master’s degree in Planning.
